DESCRIPTION
Die-casting process for production of aluminum housing is monitored by Marposs TTV thermographic analysis systems. A wide range of products is proposed for process control and quality check in the next machining operations of the housing. Machine vision inspection of the sealing surfaces and leak testing applications of the component are used to guarantee its perfect sealing.
Automatic assembly operations of electro-mechanical components, such as battery chargers and power electronics are combined with measurement and test systems, up to the complete end-of-line functional verification.
