The HeTECH/Marposs test benches are able to perform helium testing of AdBlue tanks, to check their mechanical resistance while detecting the presence of fine and gross leaks.

With a fully automatic test cycle, our solutions can be equipped with one or more test stations in order to satisfy any exigency of space and productivity.

Specifically designed toolings allow the rapid housing of the tank under test.

If a helium recovery system is integrated, the pay-back of the investment occurs in a short time.

Test pressures, rejection thresholds and productivity that our machines can reach may vary according to the technical specifications of the component and the production needs of the User.
