QUICK READ
Marposs Quick Read is a range of compact electronic display units, equipped with analogue and digital displays, which are easy to program using the built-in keyboard. This product represents a competitive, high performance static or dynamic measurement display solution. With its compact, modular design, and various configuration options, it permits users to adapt their applications according to requirements and number of measurement points. The Compact Electronic Display Units may be connected to Pencil Probe systems as well as manual bore, diameter, distance and depth gauges.
Quick Read provides an operator with a clear, easy to read measurement value read-out, on both a 3 colour LED bar graph and an 8 digit digital display. The integrated keyboard can be used to program digital display resolution, unit of measurement, tolerance limits, master deviation, analogue scale and respective resolutions, measurement multiplying coefficient, select comparative or absolute measurement value display mode and the data format for serial transmission. Data can be sent via the RS232 serial port to a PC, data collection equipment, statistical printers or PLC for statistical processing.

Version with integrated measuring transducer:
Is suitable for simple, single applications and multi-dimension checks on measurement sections that are very close together.
Version with remote measuring transducer:
In this version, the measuring transducer is connected to the display module via a 2 m long cable, so that the display can be positioned remotely with respect to the transducer. In the case of multi-dimension applications, it is possible to position the various displays close together by mounting them on a standard base capable of supporting up to 10 units.
Microcolumn version:
Is half-bridge (HBT) compatible and can be used to connect standard TESTAR/MARPOSS sensors with half-bridge transducers having a measurement range between ± 0.25 mm and ± 5 mm.
It is available in two versions:
For use with a single sensor and static measurements.
For use with one or two sensors and static or dynamic measurements [Hold, Max, min, Max-min, (Max-min)/2, (Max+min)/2]. To connect two sensors it is necessary to use the dedicated, Y-shaped cable.
