CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RELIES ON MOTIVATED AND QUALIFIED STAFF

 

The 5th Mida Product Manager’s Convention (PMC) recently took place in Italy with a group of people sharing a common goal.
That goal is providing high customer satisfaction on machine tool probing solutions...

The event was held at the Marposs Headquarters in Bentivoglio, Italy and involved more than 30 participants, including the Product Managers who are based in the main Marposs offices worldwide.

Product managers and specialists were updated on the current products, applications, new projects and future developments.
Whilst from their side the delegates shared their most recent main case studies and at the same time provided valued and interesting feedback from the field.
This all being aimed at a common target: to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

The PMC ensures that Marposs’s Worldwide Distributor’s personnel are continuously updated in order to provide qualified customer support in the shortest possible time. 

At the closing ceremony of the 5th day PMC on Friday the 24th February, with the presentation of certificates of attendance, common sentiments among those present were: “a really profitable week“, “motivation allied to new product information is invaluable” and “looking forward to achieving greater success in the near future”.

All in all a very worthwhile and productive 5th Mida PMC.
