PAY NOW, CASH IN FOR THE FUTURE


The daily demands of running a machine shop can easily fill up all the hours in a day. But sometimes, when everything is running smoothly, when material is flowing in one door and parts out the other, the shop operator gets a minute or two to catch his breath and maybe think about where his business is going, to think about what he can do to make it better.
It's times like that when the operator shifts from thinking tactically about running the shop and starts to think strategically about how to improve the shop, how to position the shop to be more successful.
