OUR ENGINEER FRANCESCO PASSINI WINS THE UCIMU 2019 AWARD

AN AWARD FOR MARPOSS’ SUPPORT TO THE YOUNG TALENTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY WORLD

Francesco Passini wins the Ucimu Award

For over 40 years the UCIMU awards have supported the cooperation between universities and companies with the aim of promoting the competitiveness of the Italian industry.

During the ceremony (November 5th at the headquarters of the Association),
chaired by Massimo Carboniero, president of UCIMU-SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, and Alfredo Mariotti, managing director of the Association, UCIMU Foundation awarded 8 new engineers for the best degree thesis dedicated to the Italian machine tool industry.

We are proud to announce that Francesco Passini has won the UCIMU 2019 award with his thesis entitled “Development of a Predictive Diagnostic Application for Machine Tools”.

Marposs was rewarded for the support provided to the realization of the elaborate with a particular focus on the business of the machine tool industry.
