DESCRIPTION
Entire-rollers, semi-rollers, chain or fly-roller solutions are capable to displace parts along the production line, directly or through customized pallets.
Both continuous flow or PZR solutions are provided to fulfil customer’s requirements.
Special care is dedicated to preserve the full integrity of displaced parts, through the use of frictioned rollers and suitable part-touching materials.
A full range of features and accessories is available to provide a complete answer to customer requests:
- Roll-over stations to turn parts upside-down
- Rotary tables to direct parts flow according to process specs (separation between G and NG parts, reintroduction of parts into main flow,…)
