ACCREDITATION OF MARPOSS LABORATORY OF METROLOGY

On December 16, 2002, following the positive audit result of the Laboratory and its Quality Management System, SIT (The Italian Calibration Service) has formally stated the compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 of Marposs SpA Laboratory of Metrology - SIT N° 84 Calibration Center.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international reference standard which defines the requirements pertaining to the calibration and testing laboratories.
Such acknowledgement confirms the competence and the technical / management capacities achieved by the Laboratory in the dimensional metrology field, many times confirmed by Customers and Certification / Accreditation Bodies' evaluations.
The accreditation assures the homogeneity of the operating methods and the traceability of measures at an international level, encouraging relationships and constructive competition in the dimensional metrology world in which Marposs operates.
