SPINDLE PROBE (WORK OFFSETS)
To utilize Instant Productivity Cycles, simply position the spindle probe to the approximate measurement location and enter a single line of code in MDI. Press Cycle Start and that's it - IPC does the rest.

LASER (SETTING TOOL OFFSETS)
To utilize Instant Productivity Cycles for non-contact laser tool setting, simply enter a single line of code in MDI, push Cycle Start and IPC does the rest. No slip of paper, no slow jogging, no guessing - it's done in a fraction of the time it used to take. Instantly set up your standard Tools, center cutting tools and end mills, using Haas/Marposs Active Cutting Tool Control™ with Search & Find Technique™. Operators can load a new tool into the machine without entering approximate offsets or knowing the size of the tool.
Load any tool into the spindle and while in MDI insert one simple subroutine or programmable G-code, then push the Cycle Start button. The measurement routine is completely automated from that point on. The tool offset is automatically loaded into the offset table and IPC automatically determines where the offset should be based on which tool is currently in the spindle.
