OPTOQUICK SET™ NEW VERSION

In the course of the years, Marposs has proposed the flexible optical bench called the Optoquick Set that, thanks to the use of the optoelectronic technology, allows the control of a wide variety of parts. Optoquick Set will allow this flexibility without having to sacrifice precision and speed features which are indispensable to achieve a high quality production control.

Marposs is continually striving to provide its Customers with better solutions. Recently completed system engineering has been able to improve precision, robustness, reliability and delivery , without having to compromise its typical versatility.
The new solution now allows Marposs to check a maximum length of 750 mm parts, with a maximum measurable OD of 150 mm.
The part axis can be horizontal or vertical, according to the Customers needs.

The implementation of the E9066™ industrial PC, in conjunction with a comprehensive software, enables the Optoquick Set to perform a wide variety of measurements. Beside the traditional diameter and length check and their associated elaborations, more critical features like undercuts, radiuses and chamfers can be measured and analysed.
