M110 FLEX

In response to a worldwide increase in flexible solutions for the control of production lines, Marposs has developed a new product within the M110 product line.

Our experience in this sector has allowed us to create a new contact type flexible measuring machine suitable for the workshop environment, called M110 FLEX.

This measuring machine uses two bi-directional measuring heads, to which fingers are mounted that are moved along the piece to perform all the measurements in sequence, touching various surface areas one after another. This guarantees extremely precise measurements and, at the same time, considerably reduces cycle times.

A modern and powerful SW performs at a very high speed a variety of measurements with simple programming and easy operator usage. The machine is also protected from risk of breakage in the event that a wrong part is introduced into the machine.

Extremely robust and reliable, the M110 FLEX has been introduced as an effective answer in production lines where required flexibility is seen as a primary necessity.
