DIGI CROWN DUAL CHANNEL INPUT AND USB HIGH SPEED BOXES

 

Digi Crown box "2CH" is a new module of the Digi Crown product line, designed to enhance metrological
performances and reduce the physical overall dimensions of the network, for a cost-effective solution. The whole ange of Digi Crown "linearized" sensors can be connected to the module, with the "Plug&Play" benefit of the dentification data, of the sensor, stored in the connector. Special adaptors are available, to connect third-party nalogue LVDT sensors to the module & the network.

The maximum number of sensors that can be connected to each Digi Crown network increases to 62 (from he original 31). The 2CH module introduces a new generation of high-speed components, to be employed in a ider range of measuring applications, in conjunction with all the existing interface units like the latest DigiCrown ai" analogue input module and the brand new Digi Crown "ei" encoders input module for digital encoders.

The new microprocessor allows the 2CH module to acquire up to 4000 sample/sec, and to manage
synchronized "hard real time" measurements, thanks to the two input channels.

The Digi Crown usb HIGH SPEED module, used in conjunction with 2CH boxes, allows the networks to
acquire up to 20 synchronized measurements in 1 ms.

The network connection to PCs (industrial or commercials) and PLCs is managed by a wide range of interface odules (usb, RS232 and PCI/ISA cards).

The data collection and measurement display is managed by Marposs software products. Alternatively thirdparty oftware developers can integrate the DigiCrown measurement capabilities using the Marposs supplied LL Library, or the ASCII communication protocol for a more direct integration.
