After Sales Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
You will operate in the after-sales service department and report to the after-sales service manager. You will work mainly for our customers in the automotive sector, aeronautics, machine tools or glass industry.
After training on our products and services you will have to:

• manage the installation of our various equipment,
• carry out diagnostic operations and follow-up reports,
• ensure the technical maintenance of the machines.
• participate in the training of our internal and external customers and are a real support for the sales force.
• you will be frequently in contact with our Technical center in our Headquarters

Profile:

The ideal candidate, has a degree in electrical engineering (preferred); a degree in maintenance of machines and high school electrical degreed candidate is not to be excluded.
Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge in Automation and Mechanics
• Excellent skills regarding the interaction between software and hardware, at a functional level
• Good understanding of electrical schematics, excellent skills in testing and modifying wiring if necessary
• Good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics, at a functional level
• Excelent problem-solving skills. It is not required to know how to modify a project but to understand what are the problems, to solve them independently when possible or with the support of other colleagues
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of electro-mechanical systems
• Relational, teamwork and Customer/Supplier relationship skills
• Knowledge of French language
• Position based in east Paris area
• Willingness to travel in France
