M110 OPTOFLEX™ VERTICAL VERSION

Perfect for measuring clean and dry parts in shop floor environment can be integrated into a production line for inter-operational or final inspection and can be used as audit station or for post-process inspection after the machine tool.
Very flexible, thanks to the use of optoelectronic technology, the M110 Optoflex grants inspection of a great variety of shafts and many different types of measurement without part contact and with the upper centre (part blocking) retooling only.
The unique characteristic of a single light blade for measurement acquisition, makes the gauge extremely reliable and accurate, contemporaneously reducing the cycle time.
Loading of the part is manual.
Measuring group moved by means of electric motor, continuously checked by optical scale.
Performs the following measurement types:

• static or dynamic diameters of main bearings, pin bearings, flanges and their taper, roundness and straightness
• distances and widths
• check of grooves (minimum groove diameter, radius, width, position)
• radial TIR with respect to a mechanical or electrical axis
• axial TIR with respect to a mechanical or electrical axis, using an optional contact LVDT probe
• stroke and index

Universal reference master located in the machine and selfzeroing cycle valid for the complete measuring range.
Supplied with a Marposs E9066™ industrial PC:

• displaying measurement results
• allowing programmation, analysis and definition of part profile and parameters
• creating and optimizing part programs
• controlling production process by feedback to machine tool
