Marposs takes a step forward in Flexible Optoelectronic measurement technology for shop-floor environments introducing a vertical bench with reduced dimensions when compared to products currrently available.
The Optoquick Set family introduces a new version to satisfy Customer requirements, proposing solutions always more representative of actual market requirements.The bench can be used for dynamic interoperational and final inspection of parts with lengths up to 250 mm with max. flywheel dimensions of 160 mm and a max. weight of 10 kg. Loading is manual and the system measures parts fixed between centers while the probes scan during the measurement cycle.
The bench is proposed at a reduced price while providing a measuring range up to 94 mm in diameter with metrology performances equal to large versions with the same capacity to measure diameters, roundness, taper, distance, widths, grooves, radial TIR, angle, chamfers, intersecting points and angular phases.Of real interest are the overall dimensions - 750 mm of length, 650 of depth and 1050 of height - very much reduced with respect to existing larger versions, also considering the fact that these dimensions include the PC and control logic. Measurement results are displayed using a large LCD screen which is pendant mounted to the side of the system.
