STIL SYSTEMS
STIL MicroMeasure3D; PORTICO3D; MAESTRO3D are Measuring System designed to obtain real 3D metrology of each point for the most demanding Applications adapted to Industry 4.0 standards.
The sensor heads measuring range starts at 150 μm and goes up to 30 mm, giving different scales of analysis and allowing a wide array of characterizations.
The unique time measurement mode allows dynamic phenomena analysis using a single point, a line or a surface measurement with a predefined time as a parameter.
STIL SYSTEMS are dedicated tools for non-contact surface measurement, including 3D roughness ISO25178-602, shape metrology, 3D microtopography and thickness measurement of transparent layers. The MICROMESURE 2 system fully exploits the extraordinary performance of all STIL contactless sensors in various applications and fields. For advance measurement and deeper surface analysis the Mountains® software could be included.
The STIL SYSTEMS SERIES are made up of different models, each dedicated to one or several applications, in Industrial and Labs environment, 24/7.
Combined with the huge variety of STIL MARPOSS Point sensor heads, allow to offer excellent metrological performance off-line and in-line.
Flexibe, Easy-to-Use and respectfull of environmental constraints, STIL SYSTEMS are standard or Customized to correspond to Non Contact Measurement and Defects Inspection within madatory Cycle Time: from 4 seconds to measure Automotive Car Glass or complete smartphone.
