BESCHREIBUNG
The functional test bench is equipped with modular workstations for leakage, rinsing and stress tests, as well as for punching and marking.
Leak test:
The system checks that the achieved vacuum value remains stable for a specified time.
Flush test:
The system checks that the measured value is below a specified flow rate.
Stress test:
The component is pushed to work to the maximum of its design limits to verify its operation. It is subjected to a force ranging from 50 N to 250 N.
The component that does not pass one of the tests, i.e. that does not fall within the acceptability threshold established by the user, cannot move on to the next phase of the test.
The test pressures, rejection thresholds and productivity that HeTECH/Marposs machines can achieve vary according to the technical specifications of the component and the user's production needs, thus ensuring the formulation of a tailor-made solution, perfectly adapted to the customer's expectations.
