A NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH DP TECHNOLOGY

Marposs proudly announces the new partnership with DP Technology. The main innovation asset of DP Technology is the innovative ESPRIT software, which is a powerful, full-spectrum CAM system for CNC programming, optimization, and simulation.

ESPRIT software represents one of the easiest solutions to add probing cycles to existing cutting programs. Through it, we will provide our customers with the turn-key solution for creating from simple bore measurement to complex measuring cycle.

Our probing cycles will be available on ESPRIT software and measuring a component on a 5 axes or multi-tasking  machine will become a game.

The Digital Twin supplied by ESPRIT software, thanks to the availability of machine kinematic, work-piece and probe 3D files, will permit not only to program a measuring cycle but also to add and simulate all the movement to reach the part at the position to investigate. What makes ESPRIT CAM software amazing is the easiness with which you can reach a point, even hidden in a niche of the part, automatically moving all the axes.

The goal is providing the companies’ mutual customers a new and easy method to measure simple and complex parts on every type of machine tool, using always the best probing solution and being able to program and simulate additional inspection cycle in a blink of an eye.

Probing is an established best practice for maximizing the efficiency, quality, capability and accuracy of machine tools. Marposs probe systems provide an innovative solution to improve the efficiency of machine tools. Touch probes on CNC machining centres and lathes can be used to identify and set up parts, measure features in-cycle for adaptive machining, and verify finished component dimensions.
