MARPOSS ATTENDED THE “ITALY - US INNOVATION FORUM” AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY
AN IMPORTANT EVENT IN THE PRESENCE OF SERGIO MATTARELLA, THE PRESIDENT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC
Marposs is proud to have attended the “Italy - US Innovation Forum” at Stanford University for the visit of the President of Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, to San Francisco and the Silicon Valley.
A key event for our country that is largely manufacturing and ranked worldwide as 3rd manufacturer of machine tools and 5th player as scientific research on machine learning.
It was a great opportunity to share ideas and future plans with more than 400 people from USA and Italy: major companies, top universities and R&D players of both countries.
The main focus of the event was indeed to partner the US-Italian relations in developing innovative and disruptive technologies, driving the evolution of several key industries.
During the round tables session, we presented our Company and discussed advanced manufacturing processes, mobility, and how to improve collaboration between universities, research centres, government agencies and companies.
