MARPOSS ACQUIRES FROM JENOPTIK THE PROCESS MEASURING TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS FOR GRINDING MACHINES

Marposs has completed the signing phase which leads to the acquisition of the Process Measuring Technology business for grinding machines from Jenoptik, formerly known as ‘Movomatic’.

Movomatic has always represented an excellent solution for top grinding precision industry and we are proud to include from now on their products into Marposs portfolio.

Marposs  will continue the business activities with the existing employees and locations in Peseux (Switzerland), Ratingen (Germany) and Ludwigsburg (Germany).

Marposs  and Jenoptik signed a corresponding agreement on 14th July, 2021. The transaction is expected to be completed at the end of July/beginning of August and more information will follow at that date.
