Responsibilities:
- Will have comprehensive knowledge of the Marposs production process, maintain orders in an ERP system and perform all processing activities to support projects and services.
- Maintains costing files for each project.
- Obtains supplier cost estimates necessary for each project.
- Procures materials from Marposs suppliers and tracks the order to receipt.
- Allocates materials and/or equipment from stock.
- Maintains continuous communication with customers, employees and vendors on the progress of the project.
- Coordinates vendor Xion based on approved suppliers list.
- Schedules jobs with various departments with the direction of the Product Manager
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in a related field or a combination of education/work experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively between company departments and Marposs customers.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and Access
- Ability to interpret design blueprints
