As required under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as amended by the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, EPA issued five final rules on January 6, 2021, to reduce exposures to certain chemicals that are persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT).
