The machine is provided with two vacuum chambers and two sliding lids automatically opened and closed, mounted on welded and painted steel frames covered with removable panels. The Rotary table fixture enables a faster loading/unloading of the tanks enhancing the overall productivity of the machine respect a standard single chamber layour. Behind the chambers is placed the vacuum pumping system, housed on a wheeled support frame inside a soundproofed and ventilated cabin. The cabinets containing the electric switchboard and the analysis system are fixed to the pump cabin, as well as the pneumatic boards for the distribution of the air and the helium. The HMI is made by a touch-screen colour monitor and one remote control box with the push-buttons and light signals for the operator. The equipment provides separate outlet ports for helium and air discharge and it is engineered to be connected to a helium recovery system.
