With ultra-fast cycle times, HAIRPINFLASH 3D delivers a complete 3D scan of the part, focusing on the most critical areas. The system enables users to review acquired images and access real-time measurement results on a synoptic screen, allowing for immediate status identification.

To avoid potential deformations, the innovative fixture system provides stable positioning without introducing distortions, ensuring the hairpin remains in its actual production shape, unlike traditional rigid fixtures.
