MARPOSS GROUP ACQUIRES THE SOFTWARE HOUSE BLULINK

On June 29th, 2018 Marposs acquired control over Blulink, an Italian Software House specialized in Software for Quality Control and Process Management.　

Based in Reggio Emilia and active since 1990, Blulink focused its work on the development of software solutions for the integrated management of quality and safety in the working environment. The most advanced results of its research have been gathered in the Quarta®3 platform, released in 2012 and adopted by over 1,000 companies in Italy as well as in many countries in the world.　

The acquisition of Blulink, which counts on a team composed of 40 engineers and professionals, expands the potential of Marposs in the development of Software as a Product, thus reinforcing the role of the Group as a strategic partner for the Customers in every step of Industry 4.0.
