MARPOSS AND MOTULTECH BARALDI PARTNER FOR GLOBAL LAUNCH OF TTV SYSTEM IN DIE CASTING

Marposs and MotulTech's Baraldi branch, a worldwide leader in HPDC and Aluminum extrusion lubricants, have signed a partnership agreement for the worldwide sale of the Total Thermal Vision (TTV) system in the light alloy die casting market.

With this agreement, Marposs underlines its commitment to invest in the die casting sector with the aim of consolidating its leading position in process optimization in the light metals market.

This technology allows easy optimization of die life and lubrication, while reducing cycle times and maintenance costs. In addition, temperature monitoring and control help minimize energy use, compressed air consumption and wastewater generation. 
As a result, TTV is the perfect solution to improve casting quality and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in high pressure die casting processes.
