M2 WAVE

THE CONCEPT
Marposs presents the M2 Wave, a new wireless manual snap gauge, designed for all customers who consider devices connected to the display unit through cable as an obstacle, or simply as a discomfort, to use.

The M2 Wave eliminates operating problems related to cable length limits, entanglement or cable failures, leaving the operator the freedom to work without limitations in moving during the measurement process while guaranteeing the same excellent performance you will find in the wired version.

THE APPLICATION
The M2 Wave is an electronic comparator developed to inspect multiple outside diameters.
The M2 Wave is composed of a standard snap gauge connected directly to a special handle which houses the wireless (Bluetooth® wireless technology) transmitter and the power supply batteries.
By pushing a button, real time measurement values are displayed on the receiving electronic unit, with the possibility to store the measurement data. Due to its accuracy and ease in handling, the M2 Wave provides the automotive market with an essential product, suitable for any type of measurement performed on main bearings and pin bearings (from 1 to 3 diametrical measurements, ovality, barrel-shape and taper).
Designed for high-volume industrial production and while not requiring retooling or maintenance, the M2 Wave fully deserves the title of non-stop gauge. The M2 Wave can be used with Marposs E9066™ industrial PCs and the Merlin™ embedded gauge computer.
