MARPOSS IS PARTNER OF MACHININGCLOUD

Marposs and MachiningCloud jointly announce that they have partnered. MachiningCloud is a product data provider for world-leading cutting tool manufacturers, CNC machines and workholding. It represents a new channel through which Marposs will provide their customers with the digital product data needed to run today’s data-hungry shop software.

Through this new partnership, the product data for our family of machine tool probes will be published on MachiningCloud; providing our mutual customers a new and simple method to select and configure their machine tool probes. Additionally, our customers will have immediate access to download up-to-date 3D CAD models of their probing components and assemblies for use in their CNC programming and G-Code simulation software.

Probing is an established best practice for maximizing the efficiency, quality, capability and accuracy of machine tools. Marposs probe systems provide an innovative solution to improve the efficiency of machine tools. Touch probes on CNC machining centres and lathes can be used to identify and set up parts, measure features in-cycle for adaptive machining, and verify finished component dimensions.
