ANNA FRATSYVIR SELECTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS “MARIO POSSATI” MEMORIAL FELLOWSHIP 2025

The award ceremony, held on 15 April at the headquarters of Confindustria Emilia in Via San Domenico, Bologna, honoured Anna Fratsyvir with the 2025 "Mario Possati" Fellowship, now in its thirty-third edition.The Fellowship, promoted and financed by Confindustria Emilia Area Centro and Marposs, is named after Mario Possati, Founder of Marposs and is dedicated to talented young students specialising at Bologna's SAIS (School of Advanced International Studies), a division of the American Johns Hopkins University.

Anna Fratsyvir, a native of Chernivtsi, graduated with honors in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is set to continue her studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS. Fluent in multiple languages, she was a 2024 finalist of the Ukraine Recovery Youth Leadership Program and has shown a strong commitment to governance, diplomacy, and public service.

She co-founded the NGO “STUPOR,” coordinates youth initiatives with Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and gained experience at the European Parliament and in diplomatic protocol. Also a journalist at Ukraine’s public broadcaster Suspilne, Anna uses media to engage the public on global affairs. The “Mario Possati” Fellowship will support her mission to contribute to Ukraine’s reform and international dialogue.
